Core Artist Phillip Hall Doing Good in CT!

Greetings from beautiful New Haven, CT!

Almost completed the first week of rehearsals for "Ain't Misbehavin'", a revue celebrating the life and music of Thomas "Fats" Waller.....met the original director of the show, Mr. Richard Maltby, Jr......the blocking and choreography is complete, so going forward, we'll be running the show and tweaking....moving to company housing near Yale on Tuesday (inhabited by actors in a current Long Wharf Theatre production).....enjoying the brisker weather (64 and partly sunny)....the cast of the show has several Broadway veterans....scheduling a train ride or drive into Manhattan in the next couple of weeks.....my relatives and friends on Long Island are contemplating a chartered bus trip to see a matinee- of course, I'm thrilled about that!......I will be visiting a public school in New Haven to discuss the importance of the arts (and give one lucky student and his/her parent a ticket to the show!)- yes, Music Does Good in Connecticut as well.

Looking forward to checking in next week!
